Greetings! My name is Dr. Jeremy Brook and I own The Life Center Chiropractic in West Los Angeles where I see clients, a unique center that incorporates the disciplines of traditional chiropractic with yoga. My healing philosophy is one that allows you to connect with your inborn intelligence thereby optimizing your healing potential and creative talents.
I understand the necessary components required in achieving optimal health. My perspective stems from a background involving sports, music, yoga, and biology. This perspective allows me to truly offer people a way to find balance within, while creating a body that is strong and flexible and exploding with “motion for life”.
You care about your spine. You value alignment. But being in alignment involves more than just good posture. It involves the whole of one's life--including the mind, body, and spirit! Consider this space a virtual incarnation of the studio with which you're so familiar. Imagine that sense of relaxation and ease... and now imagining sharing it with others who understand, and hold, the same values.

So here’s my story in a nut shell. After graduating from the University of California at Irvine in 1996 with a degree in biology, I entered Palmer College of Chiropractic- West, one of the world’s most prestigious chiropractic schools. It was there excelled in clinical training and earned the Dr. Virgil V. Strang Award for Philosophical excellence, and the Chiropractic advancement award for my graduating class.
In 2001, I returned to Los Angeles to open The Life Center Chiropractic, a unique healing oasis that incorporates with the most advanced chiropractic technique in the profession with yoga.
It is no surprise that Olympic athletes, pregnant women, students, matial artists, and yoga masters get their spines aligned & nervous systems "turned on" with me.
My center was created with the sole purpose and intention of providing a home for those who chose to master the art of self-healing and exploration.
Currently I also teach Yogic Anatomy at yoga teacher training programs around Southern California, most notably with Saul David Raye, Shiva Rae and Matthew Cohen.
